To be an educational superintendent, how to train such kind of student into a qualified worker is a question which should be urgently solved. So under thus situation, to discusses vocational school's educate administration countermeasure is more important to improve the efficiency of vocational school educate administration.After nearly 30 years'development, Secondary vocational made deep research on the management of students, saved significant experience and still remain many problems. This article start the research mainly around the management of secondary vocational students, concretely expounds some problems such as the obsolescence of manage idea, the ossification of manage mode, the stiffness of the mechanism, the singleness of the manage manner, the unclearness of the subject responsibility, the low quality of the manage team, etc, analysis the main effective factors such as society, family, school, and oneself, etc. Based on the analysis of the current situation of student management in KunShan No.1 secondary vocational school, puts forward four major principles:subjectivity, democracy, creativity and long effective encouraging mechanism, explores the problems and measures of students management construction in Secondary vocational school, and hope that study of student management in Secondary vocational should fully develop.With the passage of time, as the instant development of Secondary vocational school, more new situations, new problems will occur in the management of students. To make the job of students'management practically well, we need to practice consistently, to sum up consistently, to study consistently; focus on connotation of management, focus on reform and approaches, focus on improving the art of governance, so that we can improve the scientific development of students'management. Through my study, I hope that it can help the Secondary Vocational School to change the managers'outdated education management ideas, to further perfect the education system, to provide the similar schools with some reference, thus to advance the Student Management Work of the Secondary Vocational School. |
