The New Course has been currently being carried out rapidly like a raging fire nationwide.The teachers,who are experiencing the New Course teaching,are all thinking about how to put the New Course Concept into practice.They also attempt the learning styles such as Inquiry learning styles,Cooperation learning styles and Independence learning styles, which are initiated by the New Course,in their own fields.Sometimes they succeed,but sometimes they fail.All kinds of experiences show to the teachers that creating excellent question situation,which can attract the students' participation,ensures success.Considering the arbitrariness,superficiality and redundance of creating question situation by teachers,on the basis of researches about teaching practice,according to the current educational and teaching theories like constructionism and the New Course Concept and combining my own more than ten years' teaching experiences and other teachers' experiences of creating question situation,this thesis puts forward 7 basic principles,5 creating strategies and 10 creating methods.In addition,this thesis verifies these theories through teaching practice.The research results are as follows:1.Teachers can improve students' interest in learning biology and academic achievement through creating reasonable question situation for biological teaching of high middle school.2.Creating reasonable question situation plays an important part in cultivating students' question awareness and problem solving ability during teaching process.3.When teachers are actively creating question situation,their own concept is also changing.The role consciousness of being guider and motivator for students' study can increase gradually.4.Creating reasonable question situation ensures successful fulfillment of the learning styles such as Inquiry learning styles,Cooperation learning styles and Independence learning styles,which are initiated by the New Course.When the students' learning styles are changing, it can promote the improvement of inquiry and cooperation ability vice versa.
