Further Investigation On The Occupational Morality Education Of Medical College Students

The medical college students play significant roles in medical education.There are the questions which are urgently required to be solved at present to improve their overall quality. The questions lie in how to implement effective occupational morality education and explore a comprehensive occupational morality education pattern,so that they can establish new medical concepts and cultivate occupational value attitude,behavior and morality.This article clearly states the connotation and basic requirements of occupational morality for medical professional in the new era and acts on the necessity of occupational morality education from four aspects,which is the steering wheel of medical science and is the important link to pledge the medical treatment quality and is the important measure that promotes the medical science and promotes the spiritual civilization.The article enumerates the current situation of occupational morality imperfection,such as the unclear definition and the low standard of the occupational value,what's more,the occupational morality is not strong enough,and the moral mentality of society also loses its balance;Then the text analyzes the reason of occupational morality imperfection which is showed from three aspects:Firstly,as a result of a social transformation,occupational college students' morality education has faced strongly challenge.Secondly,the characteristic of the High and Vocational College brings difficulty to the occupational morality education.Thirdly,the medical college of educational pattern does not pay enough attention to the occupational morality education.Finally the author proposes some methods to enhance occupational morality education for medical college students from the teaching management and the content of courses and the teaching method and the teaching guarantee,all of which can achieve to "the state of being prudent and characteristic"...
