In recent years,occupational burnout as a occupational diseases increasinglyprominent in the field of modern professional, caused widespread concern of thewhole society. China has gradually entered the high incidence of burnout stage,andburnout is widespread in various occupational areas of society, especially in humanservices mainly in the industry. Medical professional who devote to rescue the dyingis the hard core to promote the development of the medical community. However, dueto the heavy workload, working time is unreasonable, self-inductance lower thanexpected salary levels, pay and reward is proportional errors, lack of social resourcesand social support,organization and management lack of fairness and justice, etc..Coupled with pressure from patients and the public opinion, so that Medicalprofessional engender different degrees of occupational burnout, and the occupationalburnout threatening the healthy development of the medical professional themselvesand their clients. Research medical professional occupational burnout is good forpromoting the healthy development of their own health care, ease the increasinglytense doctor-patient relationship, improve medical career development and stability.This article is based on social work professional perspective. Through theconcept and methods of social work,and make an investigation of medicalprofessional occupational burnout from three hospitals in J Province, systematicallyexpounded the measurement results and produce factors of medical professional occupational burnout. On this basis, the survey data as the starting point to the resultsof the analysis as the focal point of the interview, complete the followingcontents:First,carding the current situation of medical professional occupationalburnout from questionnaire sampling,analysis degree of occupational burnout and themain factors. Secondly, through case interviews with medical professional,analysisthe deep causes of occupational burnout under the social workperspective.Finally,Using case method and modes,intervention study on the object ofstudy and get practical research results. Put forward my personal experience andreflection on specific practices. I hope through this study could take example forsocial worker who provides occupational burnout services for medical professional inthe region,and enrich them indirect experience. Help social workers to findappropriate solutions to deal with the reality of the medical professional occupationalburnout.Providing a new path in practicing for medical professional occupationalburnout solutions.
