Research On Headmaster's Occupational Morality Of Primary And Secondary School In The Period Of Social Transformation

With the social transformation, there are a lot of phenomenon of headmaster' s disqualification for occupational morality in middle and primary school. It not only directly invades teachers and students' rights, but also affects the image and quality of school. With the method of document, this paper through the analysis of the phenomenon of disqualification for occupational morality discusses many performances about disqualification for occupational morality. That is attaching important to private interest, not public interest, attaching important to utility, not right, attaching important to efficiency, not fair. The reasons of disqualification for occupational morality include of society, norm, system and humanity. Then transformation of morality should be realized: on moral values, the relation between private interest and public interest, should transform from public absolutely into public-private, the relation between private interest and others interest should transform from others interest absolutely into self-others interest; on moral level the occupational morality should transform from the highest morality into advanced morality; on moral categories, the occupational morality should transform from private morality into public morality. At last, we can construct a series of normal system about occupational morality of headmasters.
