Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Medical Ethics Education In Medical College Students

Medical ethics is a special kind of occupation moral, it related to the vital interests of the people such as life, disease and health. Therefore, ethics education plays an important role in higher education. The medical college students are successors of medical treatment in our country and their medical ethics quality directly affect the healthy and harmonious development of medical industry in our country. However, accompany with the socialist market economic system of our country reform gradual thorough, our traditional medical ethics is severely impact under each benefit’s urge and our medical and health industry appeared the serious "medical morals landslide" phenomenon. Moreover, among with the rapid development of medicine, the variety of medical model and the change of college students’ main idea nowadays, the medical ethics education in medical university is facing many new problem and challenge at present.Through the consult massive literature material, this paper designed《Investigation Questionnaire on Medical Students and Medical Ethics Education at Present》, which is an investigation and analysis questionnaire on 280 students of Mudanjiang Medical University. Based on the actual situation in the current medical students, Our research combine with the research of current domestic authorities and analyzes the existing problems and reasons of the medical ethics education of medical college students. The main problems include: Medical ethics cognition education should be improved; Ethics education content stale and out of touch with reality; The education method was very simple; The effectiveness of medical ethics education should be enhanced, etc. We discussed the causes of the current problems of medical college students moral education from four aspects: environmental factors, the university’s own factors, education hospital factors and the medical student’s own factors. Finally the article propose an strategy how to improve the medical ethics education of medical college students: First, we must change our concept of medical ethics education; Secondly we would improve ethics education system; at last, the environmental ethics education should be optimized.
