This research uses the empirical study method to discuss the content structure of welfare satisfaction in Chinese public service unit, and the relationship between the job involvement and the structure. Especially, the article bases on the existing literature of theoretical analysis and China's current reality, and compiles the welfare satisfaction questionnaire for public service unit's employee of China. According to the questionnaire data, we got a three-factor structure of welfare satisfaction by EFA .We also discussed the relationship between welfare satisfaction and job involvement. At last, the influence of demographics was tested on the welfare satisfaction. The results are as follows:1. Welfare satisfaction in public service unit of China is made up of three factors: satisfaction of welfare quality, satisfaction of welfare information, satisfaction of welfare category .The reliability and validity of the scale were high enough. The statistic test result showed that there was not significant common method bias in the measurement.2. Through the regression analysis, we find that satisfaction of welfare information and satisfaction of welfare category have a positive influence on job involvement.3. There are significant differences on the welfare satisfaction in public service unit among job title, position, length of service and income.
