Research On The Influencing Factors Of Social Integration Of The Retired Senior Citizens In Unit-type Community And The Construction Of Welfare Service System

After retirement,the senior citizens in unit-type communities often encounter various problems such as interpersonal reorganization,weakening of community awareness,and maladaptation of roles.Although many senior citizens are psychologically prepared in advance,the changes brought about by leaving their familiar positions still make it difficult for them to integrate into society better.Under this circumstance,it is very important to explore how the relevant social welfare enjoyed by the retired elderly in the unit-type community affects their social integration,and what services should be provided by the main body of social welfare to further promote the social integration of this group.This paper uses social identity theory and spatial theory.The research method adopts questionnaire survey method and field survey method to investigate the retired senior citizens in the unit-type community,the code name of this community is L.Introduction and analysis of the current state of senior citizens social integration and analyzes the status of social integration from three dimensions: dimensions of psychological services,welfare-service dimension and welfare-opportunity dimension.The collected data are analyzed by IBM SPSS Statistics 19.0.The specific analysis includes: the difference analysis and the correlation analysis and the regression analysis.Through the analysis and description of the effective questionnaires,the following conclusions are drawn: First,the basic situation of social integration of the respondents is relatively good,and they perceive changes in the three aspects of physical space,social space and spiritual space,which lead to the discomfort of social integration to a certain extent.Second,there are significant differences in the social integration and retirement adaptation of the retired elderly in the unit-type community.Third,the better the physical condition,the higher the degree of social participation,the better the degree of social interaction,the better the degree of psychological services and the better the degree of welfare services received,the better the degree of social integration of the retired elderly in the unit-type community.Fourth,among the influencing factors of social integration of retired elderly people in unit-type communities,the factors of physical condition and psychological services enjoyed are the most significant.Through the above research,this paper mainly proposes corresponding strategies from four aspects: the government level,the community level,the social organizations and multi-subjects to jointly provide services,and individual level.A welfare service system environment aimed at improving and enhancing the social integration of retired elderly in unit-type communities.Provide some reference for further research on social integration of retired elderly in unit-type community...
