Study On The Satisfaction Of Urban Residents' Public Sports Service In Yaodu District Of Linfen From The Perspective Of Demand And Satisfaction

With the establishment of service oriented government,public sports service has become an important function to meet the basic needs of public sports and guarantee the realization of basic sports rights under the current social background.It is an indispensable part of sports in China.This study takes Shanxi city of Yaodu District,Linfen city residents as the research object,using the method of literature,questionnaire,Delphi method,logic analysis method,mathematical statistics and other research methods,and the use of Spss 22 and the Kano model,the author research public sports service in Yaodu area in the base of Yaodu District's people's life style,material conditions and the living environment,from the perspective of the demand and satisfaction.To realize that reasonable classification of the demand of the public to public sports service in the current social background,and the survey of satisfaction,which will be close to the actual needs of the people,and we can analyses the data systematically,and sort out the practical significance basic needs in sports public service.The results show that 10 of the 34 Linfen Yaodu District Urban residents ' demand for public sports service are required,7 of them belong to expectation demand,13 are attractive demand and 4 belong to no difference demand.By using the formula of Better-worse coefficient,the satisfaction Index and unsatisfied index of the residents to each sports service index are calculated,in which the guidance of sports injury restoration,the exchange of sports activities in different regions and the environment around the sports venues have a strong influence on increasing residents ' satisfaction to public sports service.The safety of the venue fitness equipment,the holding of public sports activities,sports consumption guidance and other indicators to reduce the residents of the public sports service dissatisfaction degree has a strong impact;According to the satisfaction Index and the unsatisfied index to draw the satisfaction coefficient matrix chart,to the public sports service satisfaction and the dissatisfaction degree influence all the bigger index has the field fitness equipment quantity,The environment around the sports venues,the location of the fitness place,etc.,can effectively reduce the residents ' dissatisfaction with the public sports service,but the indexes with less influence on the improvement of the satisfaction degree are the safety of the venue fitness equipment,the type of the venue fitness equipment and the funds for sports activities.To improve the public sports service satisfaction and reduce the impact of less satisfaction is the index of sports organization and management,site fitness Equipment Maintenance management,communication and other departments;It has great influence on the satisfaction of the residents to the public sports service,but it is not obvious that the indexes of reducing the dissatisfaction of the public sports service are the use of the venue fitness equipment,the comfort of the venue fitness equipment and the open enterprises and institutions gymnasium.Accordingly,this study proposed that in the six major public sports services should first meet the needs of the current residents,and then meet their expectations and charm needs.
