Research Of Guarantee Mechanism For University Students' Powers

In the common college, the governors, teachers and students form the main body of higher education. Whether they can exert influence depend on the guarantee of their power, and this power can be represented and be restricted in the power relations between the governors and teachers. So to respect for students'power is the basis and premise to convert the concept on higher education and strengthen the subjectivity of students, which is ignored in our country in fact.Nowadays, with the change of society and management system, the relations between teachers and students have been changed a lot. The role of students has become in to an investor and client because of the reformation of the educational fee system. The reformation of employment system strengthened the subjectivity of students and their sense of participant. Educational democratization not only gives chances to people, but also let more people to join the management on educational field. So as an undertaker and party in college, the students'power should be protected and a guarantee system should be formed. So in this thesis, the author explains the importance of college management system both in theoretically and practically, and tries to construct a guarantee system of students'power.This thesis is composed of five parts. The first part has clarified the research reasons, meanings and progress domestic and overseas. The second part has explored the concept of collage students, power, collage students'power and guarantee system. Then it analyzes the gist and importance according to the stakeholder theory and education market-oriented. The third part explored the actuality of college students'power in the developed countries of Europe. In the fourth part it has presented the history of college students'power in our country and actuality, and pointed out an effective way to ensure the students'power. In the last part, the author has explained how to construct a guarantee system of students'power and has given some implementing proposals points.
