Research On The Power Guarantee System Of Academic Committees In Colleges And Universities

Academic committee system is an important part of modern university system.It is also an inevitable content of university governance.As a modern university,Academic power is the most important right of a university.Academic committee is the carrier of this power.China's modern university system is gradually established.Academic power has gradually returned to the central stage of the university.This research is under the background of the academic committee of higher education.Under the current situation of poor academic committee,It has certain significance to promote the function of academic committee and the operation and guarantee of academic power.The main content of this study is divided into three parts.The first part is the guarantee of the organizational structure and academic power.This part mainly discusses the influence of institutional inertia.The relationship between the administrative organization and the academic committee and the internal organizational structure of academic institutions.Taking 10 universities in China as examples.The status quo of the organizational structure of domestic academic committee is investigated.And take S University as an example to make a case study.The problems of the organizational structure of academic Committee.The second part is about the protection of the member system and academic power.This part mainly discusses the influence of the academic committee member system on the exercise of the power of the academic committee.In 10 domestic universities as an example,the investigation and statistical analysis of the academic committee,and served the status quo,and in the case of S University,S university faculty member of the academic committee of the system to do the research.The third part is the daily operating system and the protection of academic power,this part of the contents of the 10 domestic colleges and universities,for example,the daily operation of the system of the most important conference system was investigated.Taking S University as an example,this paper makes an investigation and analysis of the daily operation of the academic committee.After investigation and study,understand that the current domestic academic committee is not smooth.There are some problems in the organizational structure,member system and operation system.In this study,some suggestions are put forward to solve these problems.This study has the following two points in the framework and conclusions of the study.First of all,in the framework of the study,this study will be located in three dimensions of academic power security system,which is based on the previous research,is more innovative aspects.Secondly,based on the results of the study,a member of the system aspect,this research through empirical investigation,the individual members of quality to this conclusion plays an important role in the academic power play,the individual members of public mind quality and other aspects of the quality of research on the academic committee system did not mention too much.
