The Construction Of College Students’ Self-employment Security System

Along with our country higher education to "mass education", the nation’s colleges and universities graduates is rising. In the face of so many graduates pouring into the job market each year, vacant positions in the society have been in short supply,there is no guarantee that full employment. Therefore, to encourage students to start their own businesses has become a kind of new employment mode. This new model is not only a new path to realize full employment in colleges and universities, but also a major strategic move of education system in the service of the construction of an innovative country. It plays an important role in promoting economic development,promoting the reform of education and alleviating the employment pressure. "Entrepreneurship" has been in the annual work deployment in the relevant notice issued by the ministry of education. We need to build new employment innovation service system in order to satisfy the demands of reality. However, to guarantee the sustainable development of college students’ self-employment, there must be a reasonable and effective security system. Therefore, this research will study the provincial colleges and universities, using the method of literature analysis and empirical research, to explore the construction of college students’ self-employment security system. This paper makes an attempt to make some theoretical studies of innovation in this regard and provide countermeasures and proposals to College Students’ self-employment security system practice.The main work carried out are: 1.Study and overview of relevant theories on college students’ self-employment from the literature at home and abroad, and make a summary of the self-employment security system for the connotation and function of effect made a summary, as the theoretical support of this research. 2. By interview relevant teachers, we know the guarantee offered by local colleges and universities in the aspect of management organization, entrepreneurial base construction,construction of entrepreneurial education, entrepreneurial services etc. To conduct empirical analysis to find the main problems encountered in the process of college students’ self-employment, through interviews and questionnaire survey of college students for data collection, providing a reference for the construction of security system. Integrated the research results and the actual situation of college students’ self-employment of Provincial local colleges and universities, complete the preliminary build of the college students’ self-employment guarantee system,which include Entrepreneurship training system,university-enterprise joint guarantee, the government and the universities capital security, project market driving mechanism,the innovation service system and institution.
