In recent years China's higher vocational education has realization the rapid development, and it plays an irreplaceable role to national development and revitalization. The vocational teachers'teaching skills and quality has gradually become the hot and attention. In order to survive and develop, there must be an excellent teacher force in the vocational college. Without professional development of teachers, there will be no the foundation of survival and development for higher vocational institutions. If employees feel the organization is willing to work on the staff of the return, the staff will be for the interests of the organization's efforts to pay more, because only the organizational support meet staffs'emotional needs of the community. Building a high-level teachers force should need organizational support and help. Only organizations are to provide protection system to make long-term professional development of teachers to continue, teachers can make the best of education, the new information of professional aspects and new technology in industries and knowledge constantly updated. Thus, teachers will be able to adapt to the growing socio-professional categories, the increasingly frequent change of career and the new changes of vocational constantly updated content.Because of the nature of institutions and a special target of teacher professional development requirements are different, the teacher professional development of vocational college is a new theory subject. This paper is based on the theory of the professional development of teachers, combined with China's vocational college teacher in reality, from higher vocational institutions teacher professional development's organizational support to research.Combining the characteristics of higher vocational teachers with the development of the status quo, a theoretical study, research and comparative literature research methods, this paper focus on the following issues in-depth study of the progressive:The first is the introduction, mainly discussion the origins and significance of topics, at home and abroad on the status quo, on content and method.Chapter 1 is about concepts and theoretical basis. The occupation, higher vocational and technical education, development and professional development of teachers, organizations, organizational support and the professional development of teachers were discussed detailedly, and proposed the theoretical basis about the organization to support professional development of higher vocational teacherChapter2 is the status quo and problems analysis of the organization supports on the vocational teacher professional development.Chapter 3 is vocational teachers learning from the experience of professional development in the developed countries. Western Europe is mainly the developed countries to take the organization to elaborate protection system. Its main features are the obvious characteristics of higher education, and part-time teachers is the major component of the teacher, teaching as a major task, stressing the professional training of teachers. Experience from developed countries is to see the gap between the development of China's higher vocational teachers and teachers in developed countries. The related organizations must formulate laws and regulations, rules and regulations, such as protection system to promote the professional development of teachers. Vocational teachers-the-job training must be strengthened, the consciousness of the professional development of teachers need to improve. Part-time teacher hiring procedures should be management strictly and qualified part-time teachers in colleges and universities that were emphasized, which the goal is the professional development of teachers and establishment of teacher evaluation system.Chapter 4 is to promote the professional development of teachers in China's higher vocational, there are some measures taken by organizations. Government agencies should provide support mechanisms in the external environment to provide professional development of teachers, including the strengthening of the main training base to support the construction and management of higher vocational professional development of teachers, increase funds available for investment protection, formulation of rules and regulations to promote science and higher vocational professional development of teachers. Schools should build platform for the professional development of teachers, including formulating development goals of teachers, teachers in career planning. Created campus culture will be in favor of teacher development. To organize teachers participate in various activities related seminars.The development professional of teachers in vocational education needs not only criterion management, scientific stimulant system and campus culture, but also higher vocational teachers their own efforts. What factors have mentioned above were combined,a rigorous scholarship, both ability and virtue of higher vocational teaching force could be created. It will realize eventually a new gap to enhance the comprehensive quality of vocational teachers, which provide effective protection for educational quality in higher vocational college.
