The high-quality education depends on the highly qualified teachers, and the highly qualified teachers are from high-quality teachers' education. At present, the teacher troop in our country displays the younger trend; the young teachers become the main force in the field of education. The primary education is the overall aspect of the basic education, most of young teachers in primary schools love and respect their jobs, and they make the extraordinary contribution on the ordinary position. However, in the condition of the market economy for pursuing the maximal benefits, and because of the adverse effects of market economy, the lower prestige of the teaching profession, the internal defects of educational mechanism and them-selves lost, the small part of young teachers in primary schools appears the deviation on the moral education because of various reasons.This paper will focus attention on the young teachers' professional ethics education in primary schools which the people do not pay attention to. With the methods of document, questionnaire surveys, in-depth interviews and comparative analysis and so on, based on the Marxism anthropology theory, and from the study of teachers professional ethics at home and abroad as a starting point, the paper comprehensible analyze the state of young teachers' professional ethics in primary schools, the representations and the reasons of the professional ethics abnormality among the young teachers. Because of the current main groups of teachers are the young female teachers, therefore in particularly, the paper introduces the unique gender view on the young female teachers' professional ethics in primary schools, and analyzes and considers in depth. Then from forming people-centered and building the harmonious character to adjust the concept of teacher's professional ethics construction, from the improving the campus environment, ameliorate the professional ethics training mechanism of young teachers, creating the better conditions for the growth of female teachers, and strengthening public opinion supervision and promoting the construction of it. These socialization aspects can be looked for the developing ways for the young teachers' professional ethics in primary schools.
