This is a research paper. The writer is trying to make it clear that there are some negative factors influencing the harmonious relations between the teachers and students in senior high schools, which include the effects of family education, Administrative Government of Education, as well as those of schools and teachers plus the mixture of rural and urban students. The writer makes a list of the problems and analyzes the present factors that break the harmonious relations between teachers and students and tries to attract the attention of the government, the school, the parents and also the society to the negative factors so that more useful suggestions could be made to know more about the school, to build the school in a better way. The research makes the most of all kinds of methods, mainly the individual cases and the questionnaires. At last, the writer comes to the conclusion that there surely exist some negative factors against the harmonious relations between the teachers and students in senior high schools. The writer also comes up with some practical suggestions and hopes that the suggestions can be of great help to both the school itself and other schools.
