The teacher-student relationship is a special interpersonal relationship formed and developed by teachers and students in the teaching process in which they influence each other,and it is also a basic interpersonal relationship of school.This relationship involves the teaching relationship aiming for education,the social ethical relationship to meet the demand for communication,and the emotional relationship manifested in communication and awareness.These three interdependent relationships form an organic whole ,reflecting the natural structure and characteristics of the teacher-student relationship.The harmonious teacher-student relationship is the result of the balanced development of there relationships above,and is the mature stage of development of relationship between teachers and students.To construct the harmonious relationship,teachers should respect the students' personalities,and treat the students as individuals and the subject of education.Teachers should crouch down to make friends with students and treat all students equally;they should think in the students' perspective,with sincere,broad and tolerant love to influence the mind of every student;they should care about each student's self-esteem,appreciate every student,establish the philosophy of education that"every student can do",and praise them for their achievement,progress and advantages heartily.Harmonious relationship between teachers and students can play a part in raising the initiative of them.In physics teaching,teachers will use well-designed lesson,friendly and elegant teaching gestures,lively and beautiful language,and accurate and refined comment to win the respect and love of students.In addition,they will get encouragement and comfort from the happiness and progress of students,which can satisfy their sense of achievement and reflect their value,so teachers use their own knowledge,emotions and personality to influence students,their students will respect and love them and regard their teachers as models,so that they will change the love and respect of teachers into a driving force on study,leading to a relaxing,lively and enjoyable atmosphere.In this way,students will have a high mood in the class,a serious attitude,and can concentrate on their study with more agile thinking,more clear and solid memory and more abundant broad imagination,so that students can obtain a full and free development.We advocate "people-oriented" philosophy of education in the quality education.With the development of times,teacher-student relationship is bound to reflect the humanistic trend.However,according to the survey,we find that there are some problems to different degree in the rural high schools.For example,a single method of education,a simple and crude management.In the process of education,some teachers often manage students instead of teaching,block them instead of directing,and lack the art of communication with students,which is done inadvertently by teachers and is considered to be strict requirements.In fact,these practices hurt the students' self-esteem seriously,dampen the enthusiasm of the students,and widen the distance between them,resulting in difficulties in communication between teachers and students and hindering the harmonious development of relationship.Harmonious teacher-student relationship is the necessary safeguard for the smooth teaching,is the necessary condition for mobilizing the enthusiasm and initiative of students,is the demand made by modern class teaching,and is the guarantee of quality education.Therefore,it has important practical significance to construct the harmonious teacher-student relationship in rural high school physics teaching.In this article,according to the current problems in physics teaching of rural high school,the author presents some his own opinions on how to build a harmonious relationship between teachers and students,and hopes to provide some guidance views for the long-life development of students by his study and exploration.
