Research On Project Management System For Basic Construction Of Higher Vocational College Teaching

Some basic construction problems of teaching have appeared in the developing exemplary higher vocational colleges, which need to be solved urgently. This article explores the development of these colleges by applying the basic methods in the Project Management and carries a case study on Changsha Social Work College. Finally, it proposes a scheme on the basic construction projects of teaching for this college.At first, this paper reviews the related theories of Project Management comprehensively and raises the problems existing in the basic construction projects of teaching that the higher vocational colleges have to face presently. Then, a basic construction project system of teaching is put forward on the basis of theoretical analysis, which includes five sub-systems i.e. the construction project of specialty, course, textbook, teaching staff and practical training base. In the end, it analyzes the case of Changsha Social Work College and schemes for the target systems about its basic construction projects of teaching, teaching quality evaluation standard, practical training base, major course and teaching staff.The planning and implementation of the projects is a long-term work. This process is also dynamic, as it requires adjustment to the changing external environment. So the pursuit of its basic construction project of teaching for Changsha Social Work College must be endless.
