Study Of The Process Management On The New Enterprise Educational Project Of The Vocational College

In 2015,China formulated the implementation of innovation driven development strategy outline and opinions,introduced to promote the public entrepreneurship,innovation policy measures,nationwide innovation entrepreneurship and innovation and entrepreneurship education vigorous development,gave birth to the new impetus to the development.With the vigorous development of innovation activities and innovation and entrepreneurship education,some problems have been highlighted,society some people for college students to engage in innovation and entrepreneurship success rate is too low,the amount of money is not high,blindness,the influence students' academic and university academic atmosphere put forward criticism and concerns,colleges and universities in promoting entrepreneurship academic integration and mutual promotion also encountered all kinds of difficulties.In this paper,the literature analysis method,case analysis method,survey research method of Hg college innovation entrepreneurship education present situation analysis,found that there is a lack of entrepreneurship education of soft and hard environment,innovation and entrepreneurship,and the lack of management system,imperfect supervision mechanism of innovation and entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship and innovation management of late is not scientific problems.This a series of problem distribution in project management in the start-up phase,design phase,implementation phase,the coordination stage and feedback stage,and innovation and Entrepreneurship Management Education with the characteristics of project management,have the complete life cycle,with the process of project management.Therefore,it is necessary and feasible to carry out the project management of HG College's innovation and entrepreneurship education.Combined with the current situation,characteristics and problems of the innovation and entrepreneurship education in HG college,the project management theory and tools are used to construct the process management model of HG college.At the start of the project management,design new innovation and entrepreneurship education project department,responsible for school innovation and entrepreneurship education project management activities,to determine the needs of participants in the project management objectives and students,school,enterprise and government;in the innovation and entrepreneurship education in the planning stage,the innovation and Entrepreneurship Education is decomposed into three aspects of innovation entrepreneurship theory and innovative practice of entrepreneurship education and innovation and entrepreneurship management system.And to develop a clear project schedule,arrange the project budget;at the implementation stage of innovation and entrepreneurship education project to determine the project implementation process,and the project implementation in the process of communication and management countermeasures study;at the stage of project control and distribution from innovation record industry education project quality,schedule,cost,scope and other aspects;the ending phase of the project including contract closeout and project management closure.Finally,from four aspects of organizational leadership,institutional mechanisms,technology platform,culture,innovation and entrepreneurship education to explore the security measures.Hope that through the use of project management theory to improve the management level of innovation and entrepreneurship education in HG college.
