Application Research Of Project Management In Student Activity Management In Higher Vocational Colleges

Student activity is an important part of the education work ofhigher vocational college students,but it has not received enough attention in our country,which affected the comprehensive development of students to a certain degree.The introduction of project management into the student activity management is the objective requirement of the student activity management in higher vocational colleges,which can effectively change the current working condition,break the bottleneck of student activity management work,and help to create a new situation of student activity management work.The research on project management theory started relatively early abroad,and gone through the two stages of traditional project management and modern project management,which mainly related to the content management system,method system and applied research of project management.In recent years,China's project management theory has made some progress,many scholars combined China's project management practice with project management procedures,techniques and methods,and discussed deeply.However,due to the limited number of the research,project management has not yet formed a relatively complete theoretical system in China.Based on a large number of reading papers and monographs,the author gets much information of project management materials on student activities.This paper research project management in student activity applications combined with the Ninth Session Business Plan Competition of Qingdao Vocational and Technical College of Hotel Management.According to the existing project management knowledge framework,the student activity project management process can be divided into four stages: start stage,planning stage,implementation and control stage,evaluation stage.Combined with the actual characteristics of the contest,this paperstudiedthe specific implementation methods and steps of each stage,trying to apply the project management knowledge to the management of students' activities in higher vocational colleges,and make suggestions for the healthy development of students' activities in higher vocational colleges.
