This research focuses on the correlation between occupation stress structure and teaching efficient sense of the information technology teachers of primary and secondary school and finding out a way to relieve the occupation stress of them. In this study literature analysis and questionnaire survey is adopted as research method, the occupation stress questionnaires of the information technology teachers in primary and secondary schools are collected as research instrument and three hundred and seventy-nine information technology teachers from four countries of Wei Fang city are selected as research objects.In this study we process and analysis all the data collected through applying the social science statistical software SPSS, and a number of statistical methods such as descriptive statistics, T test, one-way ANOVA is adopted. The main conclusion is concluded as follows:At First, the occupational stress structure of the information technology teachers in primary and secondary school is divided into six levels and among them the stress induced by work features is the biggest of them.Secondly, the occupational stress of subjects varies from their ages, sex, and schools.Thirdly, there are negative correlations between the five aspects of occupational stress and personal teaching efficient sense. And there are positive correlations between the six aspects of samples'occupational stress and general teaching efficient sense.The statistics and analysis of questionnaire shows that there are correlations between teachers'self-efficacy, teaching efficient sense and occupational stress. And we can make a conclusion that increasing teachers'self-efficacy and teaching efficient sense can lighten their stress.The information technology teacher in primary and secondary school should first overcome the occupational stress mentally, build confidence, strive for opportunity of training and learning, enhance self-efficacy, increase general teaching efficient sense, undertake the responsibilities bravely, keep to learn personal knowledge and bring into play one's strongest points in teaching information process, distance learning and making courseware. For example the information technology teachers can provide computer aided instruction to help other teachers to grasp the technology of using multimedia and making courseware, which will not only reduce the information technology teachers'working load, save more time for them to study their information technology teaching, but also increase the overall quality of teacher groups. At the same time, the information technology teachers should learn the whole new modern educational philosophy, strengthen the sense of service, get hold of the ability of life learning and creative thinking, grasp the cutting edge of the advancing information technology and the updated social requirements, and do their utmost to keep up with the daily updated knowledge.The school and parents should transform the old mindset, pay attention to the information technology teaching, change the marginal state of the information technology teachers. The school leaders and parents should build the notion of education of all-round development, recognize the importance of improve the students'ability of every part. And also the school leaders and parents should recognize that the information technology courses can efficiently cultivate the students'thinking, practicing, and innovation ability, the applying of information technology in teaching can stimulate the students'learning interest, motivate the students'inner drive, increase the efficiency of classroom teaching, release the burden of teachers and students, and make for the development of students'intelligent and ability, help the students establish correct conception of learning. It is necessary to let the school, parents and students confirm that information literacy is an important part of personal comprehensive qualities in this information society, and quick information acquisition, accurate information selection and creative information process is the basic ability that all members of the society should have.Educational authorities at all levels and schools should enlarge the funds investment to ensure that the devices such as computers, printers, projectors, scanners, burners are well equipped, and provide a platform for the information technology teachers to display their talent. Educational authorities and schools should also take effective measures to improve the information technology teachers'states and salary, especially in assessment of teachers'professional titles and excellence selection ,let them have the same salary as the core subject teachers and improve their work, study, and living conditions. At the same time the training and learning opportunity and environment should be provided for the information technology teachers to learn from the experts and prominent teachers, increase the level of professional knowledge, ease their occupational stress and provide powerful guarantee of the advancement of information technology teaching.
