With the new curriculum reform going on, more attentions have been paid to the classroom teaching. Now the biggest problem in the classroom teaching is"Teaching ineffectiveness". By now, the reform of the Classroom Teaching has made substantial progress. However, because some teachers can not understand the concept of the new curriculum well or some of them lack experience in carrying out the reform, low-efficiency becomes the biggest problem in the classroom teaching. Therefore, improving the effectiveness of teaching is the key to deepening reform of the curriculum .Based on the research on the teaching effectiveness of domestic and foreign, the paper analyzes the basic causes of Teaching ineffectiveness in classroom teaching through the analysis of the current teaching .This paper consists of five chapters. In the first Chapter, the paper introduces some of the major study on the motivation and background. In the Chapter II, the paper illustrates some studies on classroom teaching effectiveness at home and abroad. In the next Chapter, the paper analyzes the reasons for affecting the efficiency of the classroom teaching through a questionnaire, and it mainly analyzes the problems existing in the classroom teaching. In the Chapter IV, in order to effectively help teachers improve their teaching effectiveness, the writer raises some specific teaching strategies for classroom teaching from 10 aspects .In the last Chapter , the paper summarizes the significances and some limitations of the research.
