Classroom management not only involves all aspects of the classroom, but also throughout the course of the classroom activities. Classroom management is a important factor of the efficiency and quality of class activity.Middle school effective classroom management means of the classroom management of middle school, in what ways is effective, efficient and how about the effective conditions. Through the questionnaire survey which was carried out on the part of the middle school teacher found that middle school classroom management as a whole and different aspects of the basic are achieved more effectively. The effective degree of different aspects of middle school classroom management degree from high to low in turn is the classroom management way, deal with abnormal behavior, understanding of classroom management and classroom management efficiency, classroom rules. By randomly selected 20 class of 10 classes in two high school for doing classroom observation, found that the middle school classroom management has some questions: some teachers have negative classroom management concepts, classroom rules did not play a role in classroom management, different status of teachers have different classroom management attitude, there are differences between the different grade of classroom management emphasis, classroom management efficiency is generally low. Reveals the effectiveness of the middle school classroom management is not very high. The major factors of the low effectiveness of the middle school classroom management are teachers, students and environment. Teachers'factors including personality, nonverbal behavior, the quality of teaching activity and the ability of classroom management; students factors including age, cognitive level, individual character; and environment factors including classroom physical environment and psychological environment of classroom and the school system environment. On the basis of the current situation and influencing factors of middle school classroom management, put forward three methods:optimize and intensify the positive influence and role of teachers in classroom management by increasing the teachers'personality glamour, playing a role of teacher's personal behavior management, improving the quality of teachers'teaching and ability of teachers'classroom management; understanding and meeting the demand of students, encouraging students to participate in class management, to make the students to play an active role in classroom management; create a positive classroom management environment by creating a good physical environment, building a healthy psychological environment and establishing a reasonable system of school environment.
