Improve the effectiveness of Classroom teaching is effective teaching and quality education in combination, which is the inevitable result of further deepened teaching quality education. Since the concept of effective teaching have been proposed from the 20th century, people has been researched it. In recent years, a series of research results was obtained on effective teaching, but there is more for strategic research, which belonging to specific areas of operation, and few people focus on the operator -- teachers. In fact, the key to the success of education reform lies in the teachers, because of all study results needs the teachers to ultimately implement, and of teachers to implement the teaching qualities has become critical, but also as to achieve effective classroom teaching prerequisite.The Chinese teachers teaching quality refers to in the long-term Chinese classroom teaching, through constant practice, and constantly reflects on formation of self-cultivation. In addition to language teachers in general quality -- knowledge ability quality, humanistic quality, aesthetic quality and personality the knowledge capacity of literacy, cultural literacy, aesthetic qualities and personality and moral accomplishment, except that it refers specifically to the characteristics and Chinese teaching to adapt to the unique classroom literacy skills, including a wealth of emotional literacy, superb language arts, art education and teaching philosophy, and flexible teaching methods, classroom objectives clear, sharp wit of teaching, effective teaching organization, and so on. Outstanding Chinese teachers to use the advanced education and teaching philosophy to lead the teaching, with clear standards of classroom teaching objectives, with a wealth of emotional literacy to show Chinese experience unique feelings, with exquisite language arts to attract students to mobilize, to organize an orderly and effective teaching. only in this way, students can have a effectively harvest every lesson, in order to achieve the true sense of the effectiveness of classroom teaching.Finally, for the Chinese teachers quality not only rely on their own initiative, also need the school effective training and provide the conditions of learning, to create a learning environment.
