As modern society develops rapidly,a new round of curriculum reform of basic education rises in response to the proper time and conditions,so as to cultivate new-typed talents adapting to social development.New High School Chemistry Standard clarifies students' development direction in the future and aims to develop students' scientific literacy and effectively improve class teaching quality.Meanwhile,Xinjiang implemented the bilingual education of mixed Uygur and Chinese classes in 2017 with the purpose of strengthening the exchange.The low level of national language proficiency of ethnic minority students and their poor learning base reduce the effectiveness of classroom teaching in the traditional model.In 2014,Professor Cui Yunhuo of East China Normal University put forward a new type of classroom learning program — Learning Plan.Learning Plan refers that teachers professionally plan students' learning progress around a relatively independent learning unit under the background of class teaching,so as to develop students' autonomy or experience in construction.In this paper,the experimental background of the high school chemistry classroom teaching under the mixed class of Uyghur and Han Chinese in the experimental secondary school in Karamay,Xinjiang,is explored to see if the case can improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching and enhance the students' status as subjects in the learning process.This paper is divided into seven parts: the first part introduces the research background,purpose,significance and domestic and foreign research status and methods of this paper.The second part is the research overviews of chemistry class effectiveness and learning plan.The third part is the methods to design high school chemistry learning plans.The fourth part illustrates the teaching cases of learning plans.These two cases were designed and implemented based on the two study contents of "Primary Battery" and "Electrolytic Cell" in New Senior Chemistry for China Student's Book 4.The fifth part compares and researches traditional teaching mode of control class and learning plan of experiment class,knows students' mastery degree of knowledge by observing students' class situation and making test papers,understands students' situation of using learning plans through questionnaire.The sixth part is research conclusion and expectation:(1)under the situation of mixed Uygur and Chinese classes,learning plan teaching is of some positive significance to improve class effectiveness in the process of implementing high school chemistry teaching;(2)putting students first,learning plan changes traditional teaching mode and stimulates students' internal drive;(3)learning plan mode teaching promotes the communication and exchange between Uygur and Chinese students.
