Study On Integrity Education Of College Students

Confucius said, "People without integrity are not trustworthy."Integrity is the traditional virtues of the Chinese nation, is a constant theme of human society, and is the moral soul to make the market economy develop healthily. However, in recent years due to various reasons, the socialist market economy is filled with lack of integrity in various fields, which causes the national people's moral standards decline seriously, and lack of integrity makes people do not trust each other, therefore slow the pace of building socialist market economy. Lack of integrity in college students is also very serious, which has aroused widespread concern and attention.College students are the future and hope of our motherland, the most dynamic and important part of the Chinese economy. When they go to society, or go into various economic, social activities on behalf of individuals or the collective, or the whole nation, their integrity characters determine their behaviors and results, affecting the individual, the collective and the whole nation. Their character of the integrity is not innate, but through school education, self-cultivation practice and training to get. The university, as an important place for cultivating the integrity quality of the students, should take an increasingly important responsibility, to enhance the students'integrity quality. In this thesis the author discusses some issues on current integrity education of our country, integrity education of college students should be targeted, effective and initiative. The full text is divided into five chapters. Chapter 1: Introduction. The author introduces the background and the significance of the integrity education and the measures on how to strengthen and improve the level of integrity education. Chapter 2: Analysis on the content of the integrity. The author introduces the basic meaning, the goal and the content of the integrity education, and the importance to carry on the integrity education. Chapter 3: Analyzing the situation of the integrity of college students by means of the literature, which shows that the current state of the mainstream is good, while a considerable number of university students on the other hand are not pretty good, and the author also gives objective analysis on the lack of integrity among the college students. Chapter 4: According to the analysis, we understand that college students lack the integrity due to many factors, and try to find the basic ways of integrity education. Chapter 5: Discussion on the current situation of integrity among the students of Liaodong University and the basic means of education.
