Our socialistic modernization demands numerous high-quality and creative talents and their active participation and promotion. The socialistic modernization is human modernization, and human modernization needs initially promote the modernization of personality, the core of which is to train human's healthy personality. The kernel of the reform of elementary educational curriculum in our country is: To Chinese Nation's renaissance, to every student's development. The curriculum objective, to make student develop into a whole person, incarnates the kernel: To every student's development. The development of the whole person needs coordinative development between student's intelligence and personality. The development of the student's personality development is ultimate aim and value to education and it is also a permanence proposition to the research of education and teaching.The period of child and teenager is the individual rapidest development period, and is the most important period when the personality is formed and developed. The "Reform Program for Basic Trial" emphasizes: "pedagogy is the unify of the teacher's teaching and student's teaming which is the essentialness of the communication and interaction. so communicative teaching between teacher and student not only imparts and communicates the cultural scientific knowledge, but also forms and develops the personality of teacher and student .On the base of that the new curriculum looks teaching process as the process of the intercommunion and actively intercourse and development together." Interactive pedagogy benefits to the establishment and carry forward for the student individual subjectivity and it is also avail to the smoothly victory for the new round of curriculum reform and to the improvement of the teaching quality. Therefore, we must carry out the study of the interactive pedagogy and student's personality development, make clairvoyance into the student's personality development, analyze development relationship between the communicative teaching and the student's subjective and build up the communicative teaching to make student form the well and harmonious personality, and train the student's fine feelings, and at the same time offer some suggestions for communication between teacher and student, class teaching, and correlative educational practice.The purpose of this dissertation hopes to make breakthrough and innovation on the basis of theoretical fruits for reference, and make a systematic and thorough investigation into the related theoretical and practical issues of the interactive pedagogy with the methods of literature research, questionnaire diagnoses, inspection, interview and action analysis, etc. The dissertation wants to investigate particularly and probe clearly into the theories and the reality questions of currently teaching situation to the communicative teaching and student's personality development.This whole paper is divided into five parts. The first part disserts the topic background and its significance, present research status and methods. The second part explains the correlative concept. The third part depicts features development of student's personality .and analyses factors which influence development of student's personality. The fourth part is practices research of the elements communicative teaching ideology in order to establish the theory support for relation between the communicative teaching and student's personality development. The last One, the fifth part suggests the strategy communication teaching which prompt the student's personality development, which is the most crucial part of the whole dissertation The dissertation provides maneuverability propose for students to improve teaching subjective from teaching practice.
