Children's socialization & sociality education is one of the subjects under concerning by educational circles for children. Sociality and personality quality are the most important factors of individual qualities, which are gradually formed and developed with the development of socialization. To train and promote children's socialization development is the important contents for children's comprehensive healthy development. Children's healthy development of socialization and personality need well suitable educational environment.This article puts forward a series of active and effective educational measures which are helpful to children's sociality development by aiming at the defects exist children's socialization development and exploring characteristic and rule of urban children's sociality development.
