Children's socialization & sociality education is one of the subjects under concerning by educational circles for children. Sociality and personality quality are the most important factors of individual qualities, which are gradually formed and developed with the development of socialization. To train and promote children's socialization development is the important contents for children's comprehensive healthy development. Children's healthy development of socialization and personality need well suitable educational environment.This article puts forward a series of active and effective educational measures which are helpful to children's sociality development by aiming at the defects exist children's socialization development and exploring characteristic and rule of urban children's sociality development. To be specific, this article consists of the following:Foreword The significance of the research on the subject, internal & external research status, definitions of important terms, purpose of the research on the subject and methods used in the research are explained in this part.Section one: theory summary of children's sociality development Freud's psychoanalysis theory, Piaget's theory of cognitive development and Bandura's Social Learning Theory are introduced in this part, which are of important influence in psychological circles and educational circles. All the theories are the theoretical basis worthy of being referenced in the research on the subject.Section two: research and training on children's altruistic behavior Theories relates to development of children's altruistic behavior and methods/measures of training of altruistic behavior are mainly discussed in this section, at the same time, the important conclusion of Regional Activity Widened the Development Spaces for Children's Altruistic Behavior is brought outSection three: research and training on children's cooperative behavior Theories relates to development of children's cooperative behavior, four levels of development of children's cooperative behavior in society-role games, relationship between society-role games and development of children's cooperative behavior, and methods used for training cooperative behavior are discussed in this section. The conclusion of Game Activities are the Best Way for Development of Children's Cooperative Behavior is brought out according to that.Section four: research and control on children's aggressive behavior Theories relates to children's aggressive behavior is introduced and children's aggressive behavior in sports activities is studied in this section. The important conclusion of Children's Aggressive Behavior Can be Controlled Effectively in Sports Activities is brought out. At the same time, measures for controlling children's aggressive behavior effectively are discussed in the section.Section five: training of children's life self-care ability Contents and evaluation standard of children's life self-care ability are described in this section. What deserves attention is that Daily Activities Offer Some Convenience for Training of Children's Life Self-care Ability. Other training methods have reference meaning, too.ConclusionChildren's sociality development and education is a long-term subject. The author hopes that the methods/measures for promoting children's sociality development discussed in the article have reference meaning to preschool education.
