Thisstudy as the starting point from a child’s social development, hoping to comparing thechildren accept the pre-school education long time and short time whether differences insocial development,in order to examine the results of the pre-school education in ruralareas. Provide a reference for government on universal rural pre-school educationshould be heavy quality or number..This study selected the children from Liangshan Prefecture, Sichuan Province andQianjiang District,Chongqing, they study in primary school from1to6grade in ruralareas,total246.The children receive pre-school education for a long time and shorttime, This study compared the social development of these children, studies haveshown that:1. Accept the long and short time of pre-school education in rural nosignificant effect on the overall development of children’s social interaction, but have asignificant impact on the expression;2, Accept the long and short time of pre-schooleducation in rural no significant effect on good habits and self-control;3, Pre-schooleducation in rural areas in the educational philosophy of education leaders and teachers,the hardware facilities, the proportion of teachers and children are varying degrees ofproblems;4, the rural kindergarten children’s social development good at preschoolchildren.
