With the development of times, English has already become one of the most important social intercourse of modern society , English teaching has walked into "English ", "deaf-mute English " blind alley , since the cause of history and the fetters of the traditional ideas. Based on the theories of " the explorative classroom "and "cooperative learning", through a questionnaire survey on the students in Grade Five of Wujiang Shengze Experimental Primary School, attempts to analyze the difference between the traditional teaching pattern and the modern teaching pattern. And on the basis of the survey , through the experiment of two parallel classes in Grade Five, this thesis concludes that "the explorative classroom" teaching pattern can keep the students pay more attention on the study , can improve the teachers' Synthetical quality , can make life melt into a classroom , make a classroom close to English living , embody the instrumental factor of the language.
