| With the improvement of a new curriculum bringing about changes of teaching aims, class students, teaching contents, content resources and teaching methods as well, the used teaching requirements and contents have changed, the teaching methodology has broken and the teaching evaluations have changed greatly. All these changes and developments require teachers to change the old concept, master the new contents and methods, and new evaluations adapted to the new curriculum .Then how to get accustomed to those changes more effectively is going to be a vital theory and practical subjects. This paper is to do some initial explore of new concepts aimed at the disadvantages of traditional teaching methodology.PART 1: The background, theory basis and meanings of four step teaching MethodsOn one hand, it's a good and necessary choice to bring about this method which shows the theory of students-centered class. And only in this way can we realize the thoughts of new teaching concept and method and the studying methods. On the other hand, the new four-step method, that is, circumstances feedback and creation are different from the outdated methods. Then this paper shows the foundation and meanings of this new methods focusing on the modern teaching methodology and psychology.PART 2: Research and Implementation of four-step methodsUnder the guidance of the theory, this paper brings about the concepts and expectations. This paper will explain in detail the procedures and steps to show this teaching methodology combining the three teaching types ,namely, new lesions teaching, revision and paper analysis .This paper aims to help students learn the new learning methods and encourage teachers to learn the strategy of new methodology. Part 3 : ResearchTo examine the efficiency of the new four-step methods and the teaching procedures, four classes of senior one will be researched through the three year experiment, we can find out this teaching method contributes to the growing interests of learning math , awareness of math learning and improvements of learning ability.
