| With the Concept of "Lifelong Sports" in China put forward,higher requirements have been put forward for school physical education,and a series of curriculum reforms have been carried out on college physical education,which all show our country’s determination to further develop school physical education.Volleyball,as one of the main courses of physical education in colleges and universities,bears great responsibility for the development of school physical education.At present,hard volleyball in colleges and universitiesis widely used,which makes it difficult for students to learn volleyball technology,which seriously affects the enthusiasm of students to learn volleyball.But the hard volleyball ball is strong,when pad ball can cause the beginner arm to bruise,when passing the ball is easy to bruise the finger,and when learning the basic technology is boring,causes many students to have the resistance psychology,even a lot of interested students give up their studies without learning to action.Compared with the traditional hard volleyball,soft volleyball has higher safety,interest and personnel participation,and to a certain extent,it is competitive.Volleyball is one of the necessary sports for physical education teachers,and it is also a general course for college students majoring in physical education.What kind of teaching method can enable students to master the basic volleyball technology in a shorter time and improve the technical level more efficiently on the basis of mastering the basic technology.It has become one of the urgent problems that many volleyball educators need to solve.The teaching process of soft volleyball and hard volleyball,the law of technical formation and the requirements of technical action are consistent,so it is worth studying whether the teaching effect of hard volleyball can be improved by adding soft volleyball in the early stage of hard volleyball teaching.Sports interest is the root cause of sports motivation.At present,most college students can freely choose physical education courses according to their interests,but students do not actively choose volleyball courses.Many students choose volleyball courses because of their successful graduation with credits,even because of the full number of candidates in other projects,the idea of "Lifelong sports" is not within their consideration.From the analysis of the shortcomings of volleyball courses,the volleyball courses offered in colleges and universities are not flexible and interesting enough to arouse students’ interest,which leads to students’ lack of awareness of lifelong physical education.Aiming at the characteristics of hard volleyball ball and improving students’ interest in volleyball learning,this paper designs "Combination of soft and hard teaching",and compares it with the traditional hard volleyball teaching effect.In order to provide reference for the teaching and training of volleyball technology in physical education in colleges and universities.In order to improve the interest of college physical education students in volleyball and promote students to learn volleyball basic skills more efficiently in a limited time.This study mainly adopts the method of questionnaire survey,teaching experiment and so on,taking 50 students majoring in physical education at the 2020 level of physical education of Shandong normal University as the experimental object,applying the combination soft and hard ball teaching to the course of students’ volleyball general course,50 students were divided into experimental group and control group.Both groups carried out 12 weeks of teaching experiments.The experimental group used soft and hard ball teaching method,and the control group used traditional hard volleyball teaching.Then the differences between the two teaching methods are compared,and the results show that:1.The combination of soft and hard ball teaching and single hard volleyball teaching has no effect on the students’ special quality.2.The combination of soft and hard ball teaching can improve the technical evaluation results of hard volleyball cushion ball,and has no effect on the standard of cushion ball.In the teaching of hard volleyball for students majoring in physical education,it is feasible to use soft volleyball to transition to hard volleyball in the initial stage of ball cushion technology teaching,which can effectively improve the standardization of ball cushion technology.3.The pass technical evaluation of soft and hard ball combined with teaching group was significantly higher than that of single hard volleyball teaching group.There was no significant difference between the two groups.It shows that the combination of soft and hard ball teaching helps students to master and improve the passing skills quickly and accurately.4.The combination of soft and hard ball teaching can improve students’ interest in volleyball,students’ attitude is more positive in the process of learning,and students’ autonomous learning of volleyball will be more likely after the experiment.It shows that the combination of soft and hard ball teaching is more favored by students and is suitable for beginners to learn the basic technical stage of hard volleyball. |
