At present the development of tennis sports is still in the initial stage in Jiangxi Province, there is a huge gap about the level of competitive tennis and level of the strong competitive sport of tennis In China. Therefore, ought to further strengthen the competitive sport of Jiangxi province, and achieve competitive tennis in the central part of the rise in Jiangxi Province, achieve sustainable development of competitive tennis sports reserve talents in Jiangxi province.This study was literature, the survey method, comparative study of law and logic analysis, analysis of the Jiangxi provincial competitive sport's history and current situation, and the problems of competitive tennis back-up personnel training the existing in Jiangxi, the major factor of competitive tennis constraints reserve personnel training in Jiangxi.
