Under market economy condition, the people whose material life level get remarkable enhancement, actually deeply feel that the spiritual life is barren, as for the flower's season of the middle-school student, they are facing many extremely complex life questions particularly. The contemporary middle-school student is not only withstanding the huge pressure of studies, moreover the intense interpersonal relationship lets them suffer terribly day by day. Certainly, it is more noteworthy that the middle-school student has serious problem in the life and death view, for example, they both live in the game, and play in the life; They live in the anxiety of life and have vague understanding of life and death, these questions certainly arouse our close attention. Therefore, it is urgent and important to carries out the life education in view of middle-school student's survival condition.This article attempts to carries out the discussions on the middle-school student life education in four aspects from ethics point of view ,: The first chapter, ethics basis of middle-school student life education. Namely this article seeks to find the necessity of the middle-school student life education from the question which exists in the life and death view of the middle-school students. The second chapter, content of middle-school student life education. This chapter is divided in four parts from ethics point of view, namely correct view on life, reasonable happiness view, scientific death view, harmonious life view. Thus, certain ethics standard can be teached to the middle-school student, making them understand how to face the death and the life and how to make the rational thought about the death and the life so that they treasure the life and promotes the self-life value; The third chapter, implementation of middle-school student life education. Generally speaking, the middle-school student life education's implementation way is varied, but this article, from the point of the noticeable ethics ,carry out life education and find one more effective and convenient ethics measure; The fourth chapter, significance of middle-school student life education. The middle-school student life education's implementation is not only advantageous to the promotion of middle school moral education value, and has manifested our country's the value idea of"humanism", it is extremely significant to constructs the socialism harmonious society. In four chapters, logic are strict, the structure is rigorous, providing some new mentalities for the life education in middle-school student's development.
