Education aims to form a real whole man. To do this, a complete body-soul train is required to realize life's wholeness. However, the contemporary education, especially the education of Chinese which embraces the most possibility to encourage the seeking of life's wholeness, has completely abandoned concerns of life. The loss of life has become the most serious dissimilation by education of Chinese. However, while facing an eco-global horizon with a theme of respecting and caring life, the education of Chinese must take the responsibility of guiding the process of life. Yet, the educator must be self-educated first. Only when Chinese teachers obtain the complete ideas of life caring, and form the life ethics spirit following the contemporary value, can the class of Chinese be filled with life caring, and encourage the students to pursue the wholeness of life. On the basis of the discussion above, this paper tries to inquire the construction of life ethics spirit by Chinese teachers , and provide new ideas and views for the theoretical and practical action of life ethics spirit.The construction of life ethics spirit is a necessity by all educators in the eco-era. The reason why this paper choose the construing of life ethics spirit by Chinese teachers lies in the following facts: the Chinese language curriculum contains the quality and significance of seeking life, thus, the education of life functions as the inner need of the Chinese curriculum. Meanwhile, a Chinese teacher , as an independent subject, must regard the humanism as his value because of his real occupation, and obtain and develop his ethics of life. Actually, this is the necessary condition for him to pursue the wholeness and happiness of life.The construction of life ethics spirit by Chinese teachers needs the entire efforts from the aspects of occupation cultivation, the work environment molding, and ego accomplishment. The Chinese teachers can reach this aim through pre-occupational education and systematical study of Chinese culture, thoughts, spirits, and morals. They need a proper campus circumstance to continue and enact their life ethics spirit , wherein the headmaster must provide the dynamo. Moreover, during their educational working, they must expand and develop their own life ethics spirit by renewing their thoughts, ideas, methods, knowledge, views and their occupational consciousness. To keep the vividness of their life ethics, they must educate themselves. Reading, reflection, research, all these can provide the inner motive and force, which is the basic channel for them to practices their life ethics spirit.
