" the strategy of invigorating the country through science and education ";" To Construct an Innovative Country" the strategy of reinvigorating China requests more future constructors who are with the science and technology and the innovative spirit.In addition to schools' carrying through the new round basic education reform curriculums to promote the student's comprehensive qualities, we can also have the students to attend the district Adolescents Science & Technology Innovation Contest (ASTIC) activity to improve the student's creative and practice abilities. However, the management of the district ASTIC is still not in a better way, such as the lack of the good organization, the instruction of students research work and the shortage using the social resources etc.The thesis selected the JINAN district ASTIC activity of the recent years as the research subject, the writer adopted the literature research method, the questionnaire survey method, analyzed the district activity circumstance of ASTIC in the past three years, investigated management and instruction mode which match an actual circumstance in the district. The dissertation consists of five parts:The first part is about Introduction of the problem being put forward, the background of the project, the analysis of the realistic effect etc, defining the concept of the ASTIC and the district pushing forward.The second part is about the history of the district ASTIC activity, the review of the developing process of ASTIC, the analysis of the reasons and the problems of pushing forward of ASTIC.The third part is about the management of ASTIC, the analysis of the characteristics and the main factors of it. The Fourth part is about the instruction of ASTIC, the analysis of the reasons and the ways of the instruction work.The fifth part (conclusion), generalizes the consensus of the district ASTIC, the success and the shortage of the instruction and management, and makes a prospect of the future study in this field.
