Teaching Speech is the main method for teacher to teach knowledge and develop student's ability in class, and it's also the major channel for teacher to communicate with students and express one's feeling as well. Efficient teaching speech will help teachers and students to form a good interpersonal communication, which means certain methods for conveying information and constructing the understanding among certain people who share common experience. Inefficient teaching speech will cause the misunderstanding or conflicts in class, and it also leads to some barrier of understanding among students and teachers. This could not only influence the classroom teaching, and even worse it could cause some misfortune as well.As a teacher, the basic content of this profession is to achieve the teaching purpose and guarantee the teaching quality, and it's the value of this profession as well. Therefore, it's becoming a focus that which kind of teaching speech matters in that way. Thus, the researcher conducted a research in M middle school.Firstly, the researcher utilized archrival records to illustrate the theory foundation of teaching speech in the aspects of education, psychology and school management. Then, the researcher used the student and teacher questionnaire to collect information. To compare the result of the questionnaire, classroom observation has been utilized and student performance data has been collected. The result of the comparison shows problems in teaching speech in class, referring to the time, type and effect of teaching speech. And the problems in the aspect of teaching is the expression of teaching speech couldn't characterize different types of class in the length of time, and the effect of teaching speech is not as good as the result of the questionnaire.The reasons for the problem could be concluded in the following aspects: The first aspect is in the angle of teaching, it includes the influence of teaching idea, the teaching training experience in college and the effect of assimilation in teaching; The second aspect is in the angle of school management, it includes the idea of running a school, lacks of teacher training and imbalance of school evaluation system.According to the reasons above, researcher made suggestion in two levels, that is teacher and school management. For the teacher, teachers should enhance the idea of conversation in class, strength the reflection after class and promote the communication among colleagues. For the school management, the school should provide necessary support for teaching, build up channels for the communication between teacher and students' parent and offer chances for specific training for teachers. Anyway, I wish this research could do something for the colleagues standing in class, bless us.
