Dealing with the difficult points of high school chemistry teaching and learning is the key to improve the quality of teaching. If teachers cannot do it well, those can be watersheds of students learning. But in case teacher adopts effective measurements to break through them, the process will train students' unintelligence features, explore students' intelligence, help students to digest a lot of learning ability, develop students' chemical thoughts. Therefore, the process will become a useful carrier to cultivate students' all-round ability on chemistry. Teacher should grasp this chance to cultivate students' wills, emotion, resistance of failure, even personal characters and innovation consciousness as well as ability. Doing research on that process in both theory area and practice area has important theoretic value and guiding signification. At first, I did some research on theory of this project, then I surveyed on nowadays high school teachers and students to get the difficult points in their minds. Afterward, I analyzed the difficult points through theory, found the causes of them. At last, I put forward resolution principles and measurements according to the theory research. Theory directs practice, while practice counteracts on theory. The resolution principles and measurements brought out by this thesis also need practice to modify them.
