A Study On The "Chinese Language" Teaching Materials (Version 2005) From The Hong Kong Creative High School

Hong Kong originates from the same ethical culture of China (Mainland), but has a unique practice in Chinese teaching materials preparation. Basing on this understanding, this research focuses on the "Chinese Language" teaching materials (Version 2005) from the Hong Kong Creative High School, analyzing the general picture and unique characteristics of the model essay system, knowledge system, reading assistance system, operation system in these materials for possible enlightenment. Of the stated four systems that constitute the teaching materials, the reading assistance system and operation system, the display and production parts of the "Chinese teaching contents", play a decisive role in the materials. How to improve the certainties of the "Chinese teaching contents" through the two systems is an important subject we are facing in preparation of teaching materials. The "Chinese Language" teaching materials (Version 2005) from the Hong Kong Creative High School, excel in the certainty of "Chinese teaching contents" by better developing reading assistance system and operation system. Its unique practice could be helpful to the preparation of the teaching materials in Mainland China.
