With the popularization of higher education in China, Private higher education rises rapidly. It becomes an important component of higher education. The education quality of Private colleges has gradually been concerned by people. As the impact of some objective factors and the variance of the developed understanding by the contingent of teachers, the size and quality of the contingent of teachers in Private colleges and its vigorous developing trend is not proportionate. Then it will be a bottleneck to restrict the further development of Private higher education. Therefore, reviewing the continuing education course of development of Private colleges in Fujian Province and analyzing its characteristics, will be very helpful in promoting the teachers in Private colleges in Fujian Province to continue their educational development.This dissertation mainly used historical research, literature research, and questionnaire survey research to launch it. Through collecting the relevant literature, issuing questionnaire survey, carrying out on-the-spot investigating research and interviews, in-depth observation, and other measures to sort out the historical information, analyze continuing education present status of teachers in Fujian private college. On those above basis to targeted put forward relevant proposals that could further strengthen the Private college teachers to continuing education.According to the status quo of Private colleges teachers' continuing education in Fujian Province, and aiming at the problems identified in the study, the article made the following three measures: (1) strengthen the external environment construction of Private college teachers continuing education; (2) create the internal environment of Private college teachers continuing education;(3) lead teachers to improve their self-conscious behavior of continuing education.
