"To Construct The Typification": Practicing Logic Of The Neighborhood Politics In Daily Life

This study attempts to focus on the"typification"that occurs in a variety of everyday life stories to show the political life, through the deconstruction of the events that are full of rich power conversions to restore the powerful relations among the daily events. By showing the logical operation and practice of"constructing the typification"in the daily life of urban grass-roots'level, this study reveals the operating secrets about the"typical"logic that the political implication of the current neighborhood.In dissertation structure, the first chapter mainly introduces the research background, recalls the relevant research and clears the important concepts; The second chapter chiefly introduces the research perspective, methods and thesis structure; The third chapter describes the position of neighborhoods'politics"to construct the typification"in the States'politics, the"second mobilization"from community residents'committee, the typical masses to residents, as well as the actual strategy of mobilization and the real way of powers'operation in the neighborhoods'politics; the fourth chapter focuses on the social types and groups'characteristics of the"typical masses"in the urban grass-roots, and their key roles in the typifical process; the fifth chapter concerns about the legal dimensions of the neighborhoods'politics, analyzing the"typical problem"strategy of the owners of commercial residential buildings in the process of safeguarding the rights. However,the practical core of the"legal politics"lie in the interests,power, rules and other factors among the right subjects,such as the property companies,the property owners,and the real estate business. The"events",which are the Owners Committee election,the owners protecting their interests,the operation process and the logic of practice,have become the"legal dimension"of the neighborhood politics in new housing communities. The"legal politics"directed by owners, as another level of the neighborhood politics, which the main premise is related to interests, and guided by the specific social issues of daily life. Under the constraint of the intrinsic relationship among the interests, rights and rules, every relevant person having the private property rights to participate in the"legal politics"and contact complexly with the political state and the market enterprises.
