Organizational commitment is an important concept of Management Psychology. It stands for the feeling of identification and ascription among organization members,as well as the tendentiousness of participating in the organization activities and become a member of the organization(Backer,1960).College Students Associations is built on the foundation of prefessional and technicality,spontaneous estabilished under the common interest of living attitudes,hobbies,specialty interests,academy viewpiont and etc.among university students.It's one of the most important battlefields for nurturing ability oriented education and developing culture construction in college.Hence,the discussion of organizational commitment among college students association,will not only help growing the students association,but also developing its function of cultural construction, ideological and moral education as well as ability oriented education.Under the guidance and recension of experts',this article compiles a questionnaire about organizational commitment in students association by literature review,expert interview and practice summary.It collects 203 Chongqing College of Electronic Engineering students'data by group surveying.And those 203students can be divided into 83 male students and 120female students,or 98 arts students and 105 science students,or 90members of academy & technology association,36 members of art &entertainment association,44 members of sports&culture association and 33 members of practice& service association.After the datd coding,it does statistical analysis by using SPSS11.5 for Windows.Research results showing the following:(1)The organizational commitment of student society members in vocational college was made of 4 dimensions,namely affective commitment,normative commitment,ideal commitment,and effort commitment. (2) There was not any sex or majority difference in each dimension and the total score of the organizational commitment,but significant differece according to society types.(3) there were 8 factors that had significant impact on the organizational commitment. They were society status,society funds,staff competence,organizational management, memeber interpersonal relationship,society advantage,and society democracy.
