College Student Union represents the interests of students, services for students. It functions according to the college's regulations and rules, under the guidance of Communist Youth League. It has its own characteristics. For example, the members participate in it voluntarily; Its aim is not profit, but mainly student service; The leaders play a role of organization, management and decision-making, their relationships with members are more equal and cooperating; Besides, the organization structure is strict and standard, with elements and functions of organization, so it can be studied as a formal organization. However, there were not enough empirical studies about it. This research investigates the influence of leadership style-initiating structure and consideration-on organizational commitment, and explores of mediating role of organizational justice, with the hope to provide theoretical support and basis for management practice of college student union.First, the literature research summarized the related theories and studies of leadership style, organizational commitment and organizational justice and proposed own research framework. Second, we interviewed 7 leaders and 3 members to find out the primary condition of college student union. On the basis of above works, we surveyed 316 members in college student union of 7 universities in Shanghai. The major conclusions of this research are described as below:(1) Initiating structure and consideration are both positively related to organizational commitment; Compared with initiating structure, consideration's correlation coefficient is higher.(2) Initiating structure and consideration are both positively related to distributive justice, procedural justice and interactive justice.(3) The dimensions of organizational justice have significant positive relationships with organizational commitment, especially strongest with procedural justice.(4) Organizational justice partly mediates the positive relationships between two dimensions of leadership style and organizational commitment.
