The textbook is the material according to which the teachers and students carry on the teaching activity,and the textbook is also an element of teching activity.As the teaching resources to realize the goal request stipulated by curriculum standards,the textbook must manifest the idea and the content request of the curriculum standard comprehensively.The chemistry new curriculum reform which is to enhance the students' scitific quality not only stressed its function that provide information,but also stressed its function to promote students' development.The textbook compliation should transform from"focous on teachers"to"focous on students",from"the text"to"the conversation",from"the knowledge"to"the quality"and promote the students' study and development with greatest degree.The textbook not only should demonstrates the knowledge and content to the student,but should also demonstrates how to obtain the knowledge,how to discover,familiar and solve the problems from practice.But whether the textbook can guide the students to study positively and make the process obtaining knowledge become to that the students form correct values,needs certain teaching material appraisal and analysis.At present our country is not very mature about the teaching material appraisal's theory,teaching material appraisal don't have unified target.Most of the first round appraisal of the teaching material of compulsory education used the own formative appraisal carried out by the own teaching material organizers.This research hope to evaluate the published by Shandong education publishing house comprehensively and systemicly from a brand-new angle and cause teaching material's reform and the development has bigger enhancement. This research is divided following several parts:The first part introduction includes the question proposing,the literature summarize,the related concept limits,the whole design of the investigation and so on. This research has used the method which the literature search unified with the investigation and study.The investigation methodology primarily used the questionnaire survey procedure.The investigation object is the teachers and the students use "Compulsory education Curriculum Standard Experiment Book" published by Shandong education publishing house in 12 junior middle schools in Jinan.The second which is the main part of the paper is the appraisal analysis to the teaching material and it involves the principle of teaching material's compilation,the content analysis and the teaching analysis.Because the teaching material conforms to the content standard merely is not enough,but must conform to student's cognition characteristic and the study rule in the teaching design.This article make two aspect analysis according to the teachers and students' questionnaire results and make analysis of the establishment of the to the teaching materials in qualitative and quantitative aspects.The third part summarizes the textbook establishment characteristic in the foundation of front analysis,mainly introduce the relation of life actual,the manifest of the STS idea,strengthening the experiment's zetetic and the fusion of the spirit of science and humane spirit and so on.The fourth part is suggestion and the enlightenment after the appraisal,which is mainly from the insufficient aspects of the textbook.The fifth part of conclusion pointed out the deficiency of this article as well as the direction for future studies.
