After 1990s,the United States Congress have passed a series of pre-school education-related bills,such as "Early Childhood Education Act","Child Care and Development Block Grant Act", "United States law in 2000 the aims of education","No Child Left Behind Act",etc.At the same time,the results are good," Planned in advance of the Law "has revised many times.The two current presidents also spare no effort to support the development of pre-school education,The President Clinton and the President Bush issued the "Five-Year Plan for Early Childhood Education" and "good start,smart growth".By supporting the funding of these policies and project implementation, the pre-school education of the United States entered a period of rapid development.Full text is divided into the following five parts:Section one Briefly introduce the reason of the study.This study clarify the profound theoretical and practical significance and illustrate research ideas and the use of research methods.Section two Analyse the background of the pre-school education policy of the United States federal government.The United States pre-school education policy introduction of continuous time have a profound impact and a wide range of factors.The conclusions of a variety of scientific research and education,and the requirements of the democratization,which lead to the above policies.Section three The United States federal government pre-school education policy.Briefly remained of the United States pre-school education before the 1990s,mainly supply some examples,including expand the supply of the pre-school education,improve the quality of pre-school education and strengthen the research of the pre-school education.
