It is pointed out explicitly in the report of the Seventeenth Congress of the CPC that We will incorporate the socialist core values into all stages of national education and the entire process of cultural and ethical progress to make them the targets pursued by the people of their own accord. and emphasized that Build up the system of socialist core values, make socialist ideology more attractive and cohesive and make it be our "soul home". The socialist core values is most important constituent of the individual value system, its formation is the individual socialization primary coverage. The younth is the crucial phase of values forms and gradually the stable, The research on young people values present situation and forms the mechanism is the important topic of compulsory education. Only under the premis understanding fully the middle-school student values are specially the mainstream values present situation and the formation mechanism,it is possible that the socialist values education should be implemented effective core by the way conformed the individual development law and the psychology rule in Secondary education.The research limited in middle-school students who be in the the critical phase of the values form, is exploring the structure, the present situation and formation mechanism of the middle-school student mainstream values. Based on Literature Analysis, the research defined the conception of mainstream values through the comparison with the related concepts. Based on the Implicit Concept Survey and Literature Analysis, the research builds the theoritical model of the middle-school student mainstream values down-to-up. Composed the middle-school student mainstream values with the methods of Variance Analysis, and Factor Analysis(Exploratory Factor Analysis an Confirmatory Factor Analysis) on the original research,observing the developmental attributes of the middle-school student mainstream values by self-made Questionaire. Based on Literature Analysis, Questionnaire survey and interview, the research explored seven factors which influence the middle-school student mainstream values greatly, analyzed their potency and function way to the middle-school student mainstream values.The conlusions come as follows:1. The mainstream values of middle-school student is a hierarchy model including 5 primary factors (Going all out, the self-attention, good attitude, benefit others, the social responsibility).2. The entry questionnaire of middle-school students' mainstream values is qualified by fine reliability and validity. It can be used to defy the mainstream values of middle-school student.3.The main influence factors to middle-school students' mainstream values,including individual quality, relationship between teacher and student, parents, personal ideal and friends' quality.4. The various factors of the mainstream values of middle-school students is uneven development, and there are significant difference between them. There is a big difference of mainstream values in sex, inhabited area, region, grade and school type.5. Influencing factors of the middle-school students' mainstream values are in descending order of impact as following: individual quality, relationship between teacher and student, parents, personal ideal and friends' quality. And all these five influence factors have direct roles in the mainstream values of middle-school student.
