The Middle School "National Student Physical Health Standard (Revised In 2014) " On Implementing The Research Status And Its Influencing Factors

With the implementation of the standard to the implementation of the new revised the health of students' physical health is not only related to the nation's future,but also related to their personal growth and hundreds of millions of family happiness.Facing the new situation of prominent problems,Ministry of Education issued on National Student Physical Health Standard(2014)notice.This study based on Shanxi Province Linfen City middle school standard implementation present situation investigation,and find out the influence factors for the Shanxi Province,Linfen City school physical health test research to lay a foundation,and the regional research to further enrich and perfect the standard to provide a theoretical basis and practical guidance,the standard really implemented,the use of practice.This study is taking Shanxi Province Linfen City middle school as the research object.Survey mainly in Shanxi Province Linfen City middle school is responsible for implementation of the standard organizer,PE teachers and students.According to the purpose of the research,in the district county,Linfen City,Shanxi Province wererandomly selected from the 36 schools,non randomly selected sports work is responsible for the effective samples from 36 people,99 randomly selected PE teachers effective samples,students randomly selected samples of 693.Mainly adopting questionnaire survey,field surveys and other research methods,in Linfen City middle school standard implementation status and influencing factors analysis.Research shows that part of the school leadership for the implementation of standard work emphasis is not enough,special schools lack funds;Part of the school to complete the task only become a mere formality,do not take the test of standardized operation;Many schools of test equipment can't meet the test requirements,some schools lack even test site,there are serious security hidden danger;The schools of the test data of objective authenticity exist certain problems;Individual school test work the serious lag,can not be within the prescribed period of time to upload the test data;The schools in the implementation of the standard there are a lot of organization management is not perfect;Did not timely for the tester before the test and the system of training students,make them understanding of standard lack of system,leading to a series of problems.Student evaluation index and scoring standard of standard design have a positive attitude and understanding of health knowledge also have varying degrees of increase,but the students the actual exercise with there is still a big gap between the sports meet.
