Research On Governing The Domestic Football Spectator Violence By Law

Recent year spectator violence incidents occurred in Xi'an and other cities. Football spectator violence occurring frequency and harm degree ascended evidently. It is necessary for China to criterion punishment for football spectator via law to decrease football spectator violence.The dissertation took football spectator violence incidents occurred recent years domestically and the laws related to football spectator violence as research object. Took literature and datum, questionnaire investigation, etc as research means. First discussed the current football spectator violence situation, the origin and the influence. The survey result showed the referee fault is the first reason the football spectator violence occurs; The Gini's coefficient rise follows wealth gap expansion is the deeper indirect society factor. Then analyzed the violence influence consequence through the concrete case. Discussed the related punishments and rules, the tendency and the significance of the law governing. From three aspects analyzed the necessity of governing the football spectator violence by law and analyzed the two foundational factors. Finally from inside and outside aspects analyzed the factors influenced the law governing.I hope that the result of the research redound to prevent and decrease the occurrence of spectator violence domestically. It would helpful to promote Chinese professional football level. Also I hope the dissertation can provide some security suggestions for the 2007 Women World Cup and 2008 Beijing Olympics.
