With the continuously deeply development of the basic education reform and the situation of the gradually impellent teachers' specialization,teachers' devotion is the higher requirement to the professional quality of teachers.It is a kind of personality fettle,which needs the highly leveled unity and sublimation of the specialty,logos,sensibility and capability during the teaching process;it is the special quality and spiritual level to the existence and development of teachers;It is the examplatory elegant demeanors and vigor represented by teachers in the process of unremitting pursuit of the teaching faith and teaching dream.Teachers' devotion is the dynamic system in advancing the teachers' professional development.It possesses important academic significance and realistic importance to the development of our country's teaching cause,teachers' professionality and educating and teaching reform.National prospering is expected on the education,educational success is expected on the teachers,teachers' education is the driving source of training teachers in elemental schools and high schools,and it plays an unignorable role in the formation of the teachers' devotion. Deeply analysis the present situation of normal students' teaching devotion,measurements of the exploration of teachers' education and acts of enhancing that are of significant meaning to the self-development of the teachers-to-be and the training of the outstanding teachers possessing the professional quality and answering the progressing times' requirement.The thesis is based on the theories of teachers' devotion and the influencing factors of the teachers' education to it,and adopts the mode of theory analysis associating with the questionnaire,probing into the affecting functions of the present situation of the normal school students' teaching devotion and the teachers' education to it.The thesis made a deeply investigation and analysis to the present situation of the normal school students' teacher devotion,clairvoyancing the functions and the shortages in the shaping of it,which contains the old content of the education theory course,singularity of the teaching method,marginess and formalization of teaching practice course;shortages in teachers' orientation;teachers' professional quality is expected to be improved,campus culture's effect to the normal school students is expected to be strengthened. In this study,the causes of the existing problem are analyzed,making specific recommendations that improve the teachers' devotion:the reform of teaching methods about education theory to enhance it;increase the input of educational practice lessons to enhance it; train high-quality teachers to enhance it;construct characteristics of the campus culture to enhance it.The brief structure of this paper as follows:The first part is the preface.First of all,it is the literature review of teachers' devotion, higher normal education to the role of teachers' devotion,followed by questions and research design,the final division defines the concept of the higher normal education and teachers' devotion.Research background,research process,research purpose,research tools and research methods are introduced in this research and design.This paper uses the combination of questionnaire survey and theoretical analysis and at the same time supplemented by interviews,literature study method.The second part of the paper is the effective treatment of data.This study uses SPSS13.0 statistical software for structural validity analysis,reliability analysis,and correlation analysis about the data,revealing the impact relationship of higher normal education factors on teachers' devotion dimension.The third part is the thought that enhances teachers'devotion of normal university students through the higher normal education.This part explains the present situation of teachers' devotion as well as the exiting problems based on data information, analyzing the causes of problems,and finally puts forward specific proposals.The study found that the curriculum,including educational theory courses and educational practice courses,as well as high-quality teachers of high education,school culture has a significant impact on school students' devotion.Therefore,the higher normal education has to be reformed from the above aspects enhancing the influence of teachers' devotion.
