A teacher is the person who helps the students increase their knowledge and guide their ideas. Therefore, teachers'quality will directly influence the development of student's body and mind. The teachers, whose morality is very important, take on historical responsibility of training high-qualified talented persons of China. The teachers' professional ethic stays in core position of teachers' quality-a teacher must own moral criterion. In real life, the multi-culture has a great influence on people's thinking ways and ideas. Most of teachers have positive values, but some of them have some ethics issues, such as their professional ideals and beliefs, professional emotion and so on. Enhancing professional ethics of normal college students is to adapt education reform and development. Under the promotion of quality education, professional development of teachers and teachers' education, the article analyzes the professional moral problems of normal college students, and propose to enhance the effectiveness of professional moral education of normal student-a good external environment for ethics education, increasing teachers' abilities, and the changes of professional moral courses.This paper can be divided into four processes:giving the exact meaning, showing the problems' analyzing reasons, giving suggestions. There are four pares of the paper.In the first part, the new meaning of education morality has been elaborated under the circumstance of promoting quality education and teachers' professional development, and integrating teacher education.In the second part, according to the relative research on investigating of normal university students' morality, the current situation has been analyzed, then the problems of normal university students' morality education have been summarized.In the third part, based on the problems in part two, the author believed that the disadvantages of teachers'morality education, short of attention for the universities to the construction of teachers' morality education, the normal university students themselves are the main reasons for such problems.In the forth part, the countermeasures to guarantee the normal university students'morality education have been discussed. For the universities and colleges, they should constructing an external environment for teachers' morality education, promote the teachers'quality, and improve the teachers' morality education courses. For the normal university students, they should pay more attention to the professional morality of themselves. All of these can be helpful in implementing the strategy of science and technology, human resources of our country, which may greatly influence our construction of teachers' quality in parliamentary and middle schools.The last part is a brief summery and conclusion of this research.
