China 's normal colleges and universities is the main source of primary and secondary school teachers.Since the founding of new China,teacher education was developed by leaps and bounds.Whether normal school teachers are trained in line with the needs of the community,the employer's request,the expectations of parents of students still need to be verified.At the same time,China's comprehensive implementation of primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination reform and the promulgation of new teacher education curriculum standards,teachers professional standards,which prompted China's normal university teacher training model in urgent need of comprehensive and in-depth improvement.2015 Ministry of Education promulgated the "primary and secondary school teachers qualification examination Interim Measures",China began to fully implement the national qualification examination.The Ministry of Education promulgated the action of this system,so that non-normal students and normal students due to differences between the identity of the occupational barriers completely disappeared.Under the influence of the openness pattern of "National Examination",the teachers' teachers have been fully expanded,and the threshold of teachers' professional access has been gradually improved.At the same time,teachers' education has formed a strong mechanism of compulsion,which has forced our normal colleges to revisit Whether the course is reasonable,whether the teacher is willing to be strong,whether the teaching practice is effective and a series of questions.In order to enable our normal colleges and universities to train more qualified teachers in the future.This study intends to start from the historical evolution of teacher training mode in normal colleges and universities in our country,and take the late Qing Dynasty as the breakthrough point,divide the late period,the period of the Republic of China and the new period of China,clarify the great changes in the mode of teacher training in China since the end of the Qing Dynasty The On the basis of this,from the teacher education,the existence of the value of normal colleges and universities,the employment of normal school students three aspects of the full demonstration of teacher qualification system reform on China's current normal colleges and universities caused by what extent the impact.Through the analysis of the questionnaire,the author concludes that the teachers 'willingness to teach is not firm enough,the curriculum is unreasonable and the students' teaching practice has little effect.In order to solve the above problems,the curriculum strategy includes: constructing a comprehensive curriculum,conforming to the trend of teacher qualification system reform;improving the marginalization of moral education and strengthening the construction of teachers' morality.Teaching practice strategy level includes: to promote the theoretical level and teaching ability integration;strengthen the supervision of teaching practice.From the concept of willingness to teach,including: to enhance the quality of teachers,enhance the normal;to improve the value of campus culture to guide the effectiveness of;close to the times to build a professional identity of normal students;The ultimate goal of this study is to make the teacher training mode of teachers colleges in our country deeper,more optimized and scientific in the background of the teacher qualification system reform.
